Paloma Celebrations...the beginning

The idea to start Paloma Celebrations began over chilled glasses of Prosecco during happy hour conversations. Simcha loved the ambiance of French cafes with art nouveau elements and outdoor seating where friends could spend time leisurely sipping drinks and catching up on life’s moments. Sierra spent years in the wine and entertainment industry in Napa Valley and Southern CA and wanted to bring something special back to her hometown. With our combined appreciation of delicious drinks, excellent customer service, the ability to unwind and enjoy life’s special moments with the people we enjoy, the idea to create a mobile bar and beverage trailer was born.

Paloma Celebrations and our caravan bar, the Paloma, fills a niche in the Humboldt County and Northern California area, providing luxurious, yet approachable charm to any special event. With beautiful design elements of copper tin, fresh white paint, pretty wooden countertops and copper and glass bar tools the Paloma is sure to make any party pop! Whether people want a wedding in the redwoods, a gathering in a beautiful meadow, rustic barn, private home or one of the many unique wedding venues that are locally available, the Paloma can pull up creating a unique central element where we can serve your guests and ensure that everyone is sipping in style.
